C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking laborers to support on various construction sites in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on assisting in general site operations and active traffic control duties.

Responsibilities include flagging traffic, loading/unloading materials, shoveling, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance. Positions require standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with possible night and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking for extended periods is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Job description

Labor job duties are continually changing depending on the requirements of each project. Laborers are expected to assist in the general operation of each job site.

The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping and bending. Employee must be able to climb equipment’s ladder to reach the operators seat. Position requires periodic lifting up to 50 pounds. The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented.
