CWM is seeking a reliable Laborer to join our team on various construction sites. This role involves performing site tasks, assisting in general operations, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to work weekends. Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, and teamwork and safety come first.

Qualificações

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team player attitude with a strong focus on safety and job quality.

Responsabilidades

• Flag traffic to ensure the safety of workers and the public on active job sites.
• Set up and maintain erosion control measures to protect the site and surrounding areas.
• Load and unload materials as required for project needs.
• Shovel and rake dirt, gravel, and asphalt, preparing surfaces for further work.
• Perform general site cleanup, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Check and maintain grade stakes to ensure correct elevation and alignment.
• Set up and maintain traffic control aids (signs, barriers, etc.) to manage site traffic.
• General maintenance of all equipment and tools used on the job site.
• Assist in any other duties as directed by supervisors.
