Fahs Construction Group in Upstate NY seeks a hands-on Site Foreman to lead crews, operate heavy equipment, and keep projects moving with safety and quality at the forefront.
You’ll coordinate daily tasks with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager, read drawings, manage grades and ADA tolerances, and ensure organized, productive job sites. Ownership via ESOP highlights long‑term value and stability.

At Fahs, Site Foremen are hands‑on leaders. You’ll run a mix of equipment, coordinate daily tasks, maintain grades, and keep quality, production, and safety tight. You’re the one everyone on site looks to when something needs to get figured out, sequenced, or fixed.
You will work closely with a Project Superintendent and Project Manager, but you won’t be micromanaged. We respect field leadership and listen when you say something will or won’t work.
