You’ll coordinate daily tasks with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager, read drawings, manage grades and ADA tolerances, and ensure organized, productive job sites. Ownership via ESOP highlights long‑term value and stability.

Qualifications

• Lead field crews with accountability and responsibility.
• Read drawings, grades, tolerances, and ADA requirements.
• Understand utilities and sitе layout safely.
• Maintain organized, safe, and productive jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with supers, PMs, trades, inspectors.
• Plan sequencing and keep work moving.
• Own problem solving and on-site decision making.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on field work and equipment operation.
• Lay out and maintain accurate grades and ADA tolerances.
• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Support excavation, backfilling, ditching, grading, demolition, and base prep.
• Manage jobsite work sequencing and plan day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate material deliveries and placement.
