Job summary

Clear Construction Inc is seeking a Site Assistant in Los Angeles to support day-to-day operations on active construction projects. This hands-on field role requires independent work, clear communication with field teams, and a focus on keeping job sites organized, safe, and efficient.

The ideal candidate balances physical construction work with driving, pickups/deliveries, and coordinating with Superintendents and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform a range of physical construction tasks.
• Correct and safe execution of site coordination and deliveries.
• Good communication with field teams and drivers.
• Must have a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of physical construction and labor tasks.
• Assist with job site setup, protection, organization, and cleanup.
• Demolition, digging, lifting, carrying, material staging and labor.
• Lift up to 80 pounds and operate basic hand/power tools safely.
• Support with deliveries, load/unload, and site logistics.
