Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction/Engineering/Architecture is a plus.
• Driver's License required.
• Experience in construction or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with site organization, safety, and cleanliness.
• Conduct dust control and SWPPP-related daily checks and logging.
• Observe and enforce safety protocols, fall protection, and electrical hazard controls.
• Maintain site security, perimeter surveillance, and daily reporting in logs.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and coordinate with subcontractors for site cleanliness.
• Complete administrative checks on building components and inspect for potential issues.
• Record activities, measurements, and punch lists; assist with inspections and documentation.
• Take daily/weekly site photos and upload as required in project management tools.
