Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, adherence to drawings and specifications, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure work is safe, meets quality standards, and aligns with project drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule; escalate potential or actual delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and approval, serving as official project records.
• Take progress photographs of construction events, label and identify each photograph, and maintain on-site records.
