Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts in Sullivan, IN. The role involves in-person work at one or more local job sites, managing worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics to ensure safety and smooth operations.

The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs in English. Expect shift-based hours with potential travel across the US and a focus on delivering high-quality site

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain required licensing.
• Able to pass drug screening and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Follow SOPs and communicate in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in taking on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance for entrants.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and scan-in to maintain headcount.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with logs, tech issues, and parking tasks.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control for one-time or ongoing needs.
