Job summary

CrewLink is seeking a Construction Transportation Manager to lead our construction site shuttle operations. You will directly manage drivers, oversee staffing, ensure service levels, and drive safety and profitability on a critical on-site transport program.

Responsibilities include enforcing schedule adherence, maintaining client relationships, developing training, and coordinating with site leadership. CDL required within 90 days; exempt, at-will. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• CDL required within 90 days (Passenger + no air brake restriction).
• Exempt employee classification; at-will employment.
• 90-day probationary period.
• Drug and alcohol compliance required.
• Non-compete required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and execution of the shuttle operation.
• Maintain client relationships and staffing alignment.
• Develop training programs and enforce safety and accountability.
• PM may assume driver responsibilities to protect service levels or budget.
• Lead operational performance, staffing, and execution.
