IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, in Lithia Springs, Georgia, is seeking a full-time CDL Shuttle Bus Driver to transport workers to and from construction sites and manage shift schedules.

The role requires a valid CDL with a Passenger endorsement, reliability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime. Safety compliance and on-site logistics support are also part of the job.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• 2-5 years CDL driver passenger transport experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime.
• High level of punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow company vehicle and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Transport workers to and from construction sites as scheduled.
• Plan and manage transport schedules for shift changes and meals.
• Perform multiple transports daily: Mon-Fri 6:00–4:30, Sat 6:00–2:00.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles daily.
• Provide on-site logistics support including material handling and site upkeep.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as necessary.
