Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking a Commercial Shuttle Manager to oversee passenger transportation at designated locations, ensuring safety, reliability, and exceptional service. You will lead daily shuttle operations, coordinate with dispatch, and mentor drivers to uphold company values.

Qualified candidates have a CDL with passenger endorsement, 2+ years of commercial driving experience, a clean record, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience driving a commercial vehicle with passenger exposure.
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement and up-to-date medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles following traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and daily activities.
• Ensure passenger and cargo safety at all times.
• Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the shuttle.
• Communicate with dispatchers to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive efficiently to optimize profitability and follow DOT procedures.
