Job summary

Clearwater Construction, Inc. seeks a Shop/Yard Laborer in Mercer, PA for full-time work. You will maintain the shop/yard, perform light maintenance on tools and equipment, and move items around the yard and fleet.

You may assist with field office setup on job sites, including setting up job trailers, coordinating with utility providers, and supporting light carpentry or labor tasks as needed. Applicants must be 21+ with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of commercial construction materials and tools.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds.
• Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, and bend over to lift objects.
• Take direction from multiple supervisors.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
