Job summary

Path Construction Company in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a motivated Shop Foreman. You will maintain equipment, perform small engine repairs, deliver materials to job sites, and handle shop and office maintenance. You will also source parts, tools, and supplies to keep projects moving smoothly.

We offer an hourly wage of $25.00–$35.00 based on experience, plus 401(k), medical insurance, and company cellphone/computer. This is an on-site role supporting projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Class C driver’s license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Knowledge driving trucks and trailers (NON-CDL).
• Basic construction knowledge and equipment operation ability.
• Shop for best price on parts and accessories.
• Work on equipment and tools with basic mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and perform small engine repairs.
• Deliver materials to job sites as needed.
• Complete general shop and office maintenance.
• Source parts, tools, and supplies for projects.

This position plays a key role in supporting our projects by maintaining equipment, performing small engine repairs, delivering materials to job sites, completing general shop and office maintenance, and sourcing parts, tools, and supplies.
