Path Construction is seeking a motivated, self-driven Shop Foreman to join our Arlington Heights, IL team. This role supports our projects by maintaining equipment, performing small engine repairs, delivering materials to job sites, and handling shop and office maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Class C Driver's License or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Knowledge on driving truck and trailers (NON-CDL).
• Ability to learn how to run construction equipment around the shop.
• Basic construction knowledge.
• Ability to shop for best price on parts and accessories.
• Ability to work on equipment and tools.
• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities
