Apex Companies is seeking a Director of Construction Services to lead and grow our California Construction Services team. You will mentor Project Managers, Estimators, and field staff, while driving operational excellence and high-quality client delivery.

In this high-impact role, you will oversee estimating, project execution, budgets, and profitability, ensuring proper scoping, staffing, and scheduling. The position requires a strategic leader who can expand services and improve performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field; strong leadership background.
• Minimum 12+ years in construction PM, estimating, or operations with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive performance across teams, budgets, and client relations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Project Managers, Estimators, and field staff; set expectations and development plans.
• Improve processes, monitor KPIs, and drive cost control and profitability.
• Oversee estimating, execution, financial performance, and closeout.
• Foster customer relationships and support business growth initiatives.
• Maintain field and operations leadership; monitor site progress and safety.
