Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service calls, oversee proposals for work exceeding NTE thresholds, and supervise field technicians to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.

As the operational leader for the service division, you will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards and client expectations, while coordinating with the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, service management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, trades, and service operations.
• Experience preparing estimates and proposals.
• Proven ability to manage field personnel and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, prioritization, and scheduling of all service requests.
• Dispatch technicians based on scope, urgency, and resource availability.
• Monitor service ticket status from initiation through closeout.
• Ensure timely response, execution, and completion of service work.
• Coordinate transition from approved scope to field execution.
