Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire in-house professionals, driving continuous improvement from pursuits through turnover.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers to build lasting relationships and win work.
• Guide projects with focus on budget, safety, schedule and quality, resolving major issues.
• Develop and implement safety plans, lead meetings and establish processes for startup, testing and training.
• Participate in annual performance reviews and mentor junior project staff.

Your Role

• Lead and Inspire: Support and mentor in-house professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.
• Win Work, Build Relationships:Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo’s commitment to integrity and partnership.
• Deliver Excellence:Guide andexpeditesystems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every clientobjectiveis met—during and beyond project completion.
• Strategize and Innovate:Develop and implement project safety plans,identifyrisks, and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetings,establishcommunication protocols, and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup, testing, commissioning, and training.
• Grow People:Participatein annual performance reviews, mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
