Job summary

Dimeo Construction Company is seeking an MEP-focused Superintendent to oversee CT/RI projects with a strong emphasis on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination, leading site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will drive integrated planning, manage relationships with in-house staff, subcontractors, and vendors, and mentor team members while delivering best-in-class results.

Qualifications

• Experience in field supervision, coordination, and project management with strong MEP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals for continuous improvement.
• Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to drive business success.
• Guide, expedite, and administer systems management to maintain budget, safety, schedule, and quality, while resolving major project issues and coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute systems startup, testing, inspections, commissioning, and training to exceed client expectations.
• Mentor and develop project team members, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
