Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Section Manager to provide managerial direction for the construction global practice. You will lead the section to deliver on business strategy, develop high-performance teams and uphold the company values of safety and integrity.

The role includes directing staffing, ensuring billable utilization, coordinating with Engineering GP, and driving profitable project execution while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5 years of professional experience in design and/or project management.
• Leadership and/or management experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present complex information to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team; direct and coordinate work assignments and review performance.
• Responsible for profitable growth of the section; manage staffing and billable goals.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost and objectives; ensure successful project execution.
