American Waterworks in Minnesota is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing construction team. You will serve as the organizational backbone, coordinating installations, maintaining client records, and communicating with customers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in logistics, administration, and/or customer service.
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to see the big picture while having a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the “glue” that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs running well.
• Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations.
• Stay in close communication with our customers as needed for each project, including scheduling their installations and keeping them informed.
• Keep client records and files updated so they are ready when we need them.
• Ensure our construction projects are complete and error-free.
