Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field with 6+ years in project scheduling and Primavera P6 in heavy civil construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in project scheduling and Primavera P6 in heavy civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project planning, resource analysis, and forecast trends.
• Review schedules and prepare reports/presentations on project status.
• Monitor progress and re-programming as required.
• Integrate information from designers, construction, subcontractors to create a master schedule.
• Coordinate across areas to elaborate a realistic schedule.
• Prepare detailed construction programs in Primavera P6.
• Prepare narratives and present planning philosophy.
• Produce cost forecast and Earned Value Management outputs.
• Monitor project issues and propose solutions for scrapping/adjustments.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting obligations.
• Monitor claims and change orders affecting scheduling.
