Job summary

Callahan Construction Managers in White Plains, NY is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across the lifecycle. The role collaborates with Project Executives, Managers, and Superintendents to ensure on-time delivery.

You will manage Primavera P6 data, monitor progress and critical paths, and produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of scheduling experience are required, with a preference for NY/NJ/CT market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or construction management.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules in collaboration with Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
• Lead and facilitate the monthly schedule update process with project teams.
• Manage and maintain all project scheduling data within Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical path activities to identify schedule risks and delays.
• Review three-week look-ahead schedules for alignment with master schedules.
• Prepare schedule reports, graphics, dashboards, and contractual reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate project timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and monitor project risks that may impact schedule performance.
• Support compliance with company scheduling standards and best practices.
• Maintain schedule documentation and historical project data.
