Job summary

Callahan Construction Managers is seeking a Project Scheduler in White Plains, NY to develop and maintain detailed project schedules across the project lifecycle. You will partner with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, MS Project knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with a focus on schedule risk identification and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules with project teams.
• Lead the monthly schedule update process with project teams.
• Manage scheduling data within Primavera P6 and generate reports.
