Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Scheduler to join our Carolinas team. This role will be based in Raleigh with expected monthly travel to Charlotte to support projects in the region.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented construction professional with strong scheduling skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence. Responsibilities include preparing, developing, and maintaining project schedules; coordinating with project teams and subcontractors;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in commercial construction with 5+ years scheduling experience
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office; Bluebeam knowledge a plus
• Understanding of Critical Path Method and construction sequencing

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, pursuit, preconstruction, and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build baseline and procurement schedules with project teams and subcontractors.
• Create schedule visuals, charts, and reports for communication and planning.
