Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is a boutique real estate advisory firm serving private developers and public organizations in Southern California. We are seeking an Associate Scheduler to join our Los Angeles team and support complex capital projects with Primavera P6 expertise.

The ideal candidate will review baseline and monthly P6 schedules, analyze critical paths, document findings, and support earned value reporting. This full-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years full-time scheduling experience for an Owner or GC.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and contract specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Contractor P6 baseline schedules to identify missing scope, logic or milestones and analyze the critical path.
• Review Contractor P6 monthly schedule updates and document milestone slippage and overall schedule analysis.
• Create activity schedule filters, layouts, and bar-charts using Primavera P6 to assist the project management team.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor schedules for conformance with contract scope and terms and validate logic.
• Ensure proper use of program-level codes, layouts and reports for data integrity.
• Create Earned Value Curves based on LAUSD EVA template guidelines.
• Prepare reports and assist scheduling management in reporting projects as needed.
