Job summary

Integra is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery. The role requires coordination with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to align timelines, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong scheduling expertise, experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a solid understanding of construction phases and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction phases, sequencing, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and subcontractors to validate scheduling assumptions.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and identify variances.
• Conduct regular schedule updates, look-ahead reviews, and impact assessments.
• Analyze critical path and float to inform decision-making and plan mitigations.
• Prepare schedule status reports and documentation of changes and delays.
• Ensure subcontractor timelines align with the overall project schedule.
• Flag potential scheduling issues early and develop mitigation plans.
