Job summary

Gray is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team in Kentucky. The role requires construction experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with familiarity in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to develop and maintain project schedules.

You will collaborate with site management and project teams, review lookahead schedules, communicate critical paths, and help mitigate delays. This is a full-time on-site role with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
• Evaluate construction sequencing and plan efficient workflows with the project team and trade partners.
• Review two-to-three-week lookahead schedules for accuracy and communicate critical path impacts.
• Identify safety concerns in schedules and prepare time impact analyses as required.
• Adhere to Gray's policies and seek opportunities to learn and improve schedule performance.
