Job summary

Gray, Inc. seeks a Project Scheduler to join the Atlanta team. A bachelor’s degree and construction experience are required. You will collaborate with the Lead Project Scheduler, site management, and project teams to plan and sequence work across multiple trades.

You will evaluate sequencing, help plan efficient workflows, assess schedules for safety and conflicts, and prepare time impact analyses as needed. A strong emphasis on learning and teamwork per Gray's culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
  • Understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes relative to the project schedule.
  • Familiarity with submittal process, document control requirements, and change management.
  • Ability to use schedule software and develop/update schedules with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule and coordinating with site management and trade partners.
  • Evaluate construction sequencing, plan efficient workflows, and identify/solve scheduling conflicts.
  • Review lookahead schedules and communicate critical path impacts to project team and customer; prepare TIAs as required.
  • Continuously learn and develop new scheduling skills while following Gray's policies.
