MEB General Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the development and maintenance of cost-loaded schedules for private sector, municipal, state, and federal projects in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

You will work closely with the Project Scheduler and project teams and progressively take on more scheduling responsibilities. The role emphasizes creating and maintaining schedule integrity, coordinating with project teams, and contributing to cost-loading efforts as

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction projects.
• 1+ years developing and maintaining construction schedules in Primavera P6 or comparable program.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel, including building spreadsheets others will rely on.
• Detail- and deadline-oriented, with a commitment to schedule accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and inside a project team.
• Commitment to your own development. This role is designed as a development path to Project Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal schedules for business development and estimating.
• Develop schedules after award with project teams and participate in sequencing with key stakeholders.
• Enter activities, logic, activity codes, and durations in Primavera P6.
• Input data for cost-loaded schedules and build supporting spreadsheets.
• Maintain schedules with project teams through construction and update progress.
• Add activities and logic for scope changes.
• Produce required schedule plots and reports showing project status.
• Assist the Project Manager with cost reports for pay applications.
