Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Project/Program Scheduler with educational construction experience to join their team supporting various projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare project schedules based on defined project execution plan
2. Update and maintain College master schedules
3. Perform contractor baseline and schedule updates reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance
4. Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule
5. Perform time impact analysis of project schedule delays and potential claims
6. Participate in change order negotiations
7. Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses
8. Identify schedule-related problems that arise during project execution and recommend corrective actions and creative solutions
9. Conduct project site visits for progress reporting
10. Review contractor's weekly and monthly schedule progress, prepare narrative of findings, submit and present to management for decision making
11. Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules
12. Prepare cost loaded schedule to support comprehensive cash flow projections
13. Understand, interpret and apply contracts, policies, and procedures within PMO guidelines

Minimum Required Qualifications:

1. 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
2. Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledgeable in the theories, principles, and practices of scheduling.
4. Excellent oral and written communication.
5. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or other related fields. Additional work qualifying experience in excess of the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
6. Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Experience with time impact analysis
9. Experience with construction claims and change orders
