Overview

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is reinventing how capital projects are planned, designed, managed, and executed. Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate project schedules based on execution strategies.
  • Review contractor schedules for compliance and quality.
  • Assess change orders for impact on cost and timelines.
  • Conduct time impact analyses for delays and claims.
  • Support change order negotiations.
  • Perform CPM and EVM analyses.
  • Identify scheduling issues and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor and report project progress through site visits.
  • Review contractor updates and prepare management narratives.
  • Evaluate recovery plans and schedule feasibility.
  • Support cost and expenditure analyses.
  • Create cost-loaded schedules for cash flow forecasting.
  • Apply contract policies within BuildLACCD guidelines and communicate findings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling on large construction programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields; additional experience may substitute for education.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling principles.

  • Flexibility to work at multiple sites as needed.
Additional Information
