Job summary

Henderson Building Solutions is seeking a Construction Scheduler III to develop and manage integrated project schedules across multiple projects—from preconstruction through commissioning. The role partners with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and trade partners to forecast, track progress, and report schedule performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in construction or engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience, including medium-scale projects.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Outbuild, and/or other Gantt charting software.
• Procore, Outbuild and Microsoft Project certification and training strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and to recommend and analyze pragmatic solutions for clients.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and scheduling for multiple small projects or a medium-sized project, integrating into a master schedule.
• Work with project managers and field leaders to keep schedules updated and inform of issues; assist with resource allocation and timeline adjustments.
• Coordinate scheduling across teams to ensure integration and synchronization.
• Provide advanced forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow predictions for medium-scale projects.
• Produce detailed scheduling reports and updates for stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
• Ensure scheduling activities comply with company and client requirements.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in integrating engineering design schedules with construction schedules.
