Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in construction or engineering; years of experience may substitute education.
• 5-7 years of experience, including medium-scale projects.
• Advanced skills in MS Project, Primavera P6, Outbuild, or other Gantt charting software.
• Procore, Outbuild and MS Project certifications strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively and propose pragmatic solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and scheduling for multiple small to medium projects, building master schedules.
• Work with project managers and field leaders to keep schedules updated and adjust timelines as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling across teams to ensure integrated schedules.
• Perform forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow predictions for projects.
