Henderson Engineers is seeking a Construction Scheduler II to lead schedule development, forecasting, and performance tracking for mission-critical projects. You will partner with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure schedules reflect scope and milestones across complex construction efforts.

The role emphasizes critical path analysis, risk identification, and proactive schedule recovery planning to support on-time delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Outbuild, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify critical path impacts and forecast schedule stability.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field leaders to align schedules.
• Provide schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
