APSI Construction Management, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Scheduler I to join our corporate team. This in-house role supports scheduling across multiple projects, under guidance of senior staff.

You will maintain project schedules, track progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of scheduling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or other project review tools.
• Interest in working on large, complex building projects.

Responsabilités

• Assist with regular updates to project schedules.
• Help prepare reports on progress, cost, and timelines (including cash flow tracking).
• Support schedule reviews and updates from contractors and internal teams.
• Utilize and configure construction project portfolio management software to create and update CPM schedules.
• Analyze and review Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to understand delays or changes on CPM schedules.
• Perform earned value analysis at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Conduct forensic schedule analysis to support construction claims evaluations.
• Perform on-site monitoring to verify actual progress against reported progress.
• Coordinate the change order process and prepare change order packages for approval.
• Participate in regular construction project status meetings with project teams.
