Job summary

IMC Construction is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Scheduler to support project schedules from preconstruction through to closeout. The role involves collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, along with 2-3 years of project management experience. Proficiency in scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and project schedules.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring all phases are on track.
• Work with teams to update progress and resolve delays.
• Conduct Pull Planning Sessions with teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with leading schedule review meetings and provide performance updates.
• Track and input scheduling data from change orders, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and more.
