The ideal candidate hasat least 3 yearsof experience in the field of construction as a full-time Scheduler, with demonstrated projects they have worked on relating to an array of general construction projects..

This is a full-time, hybrid position inNew York, NY..

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESinclude, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Experience in the developing of logical sequencing of the work, contract durations and phasing.
  • Ability to work closely with clients, laborers, and project managers to successfully schedule and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
  • Ability and the understanding to fully utilize the computer program Primavera/Expedition.
  • Experience in the review and analysis of claims, time extensions, and impact on costs.
  • Perform related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONSinclude, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Associates'degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to constructionrequired, advanced degree strongly.
  • Certification in Procore strongly .
  • 3+ years of professional experience working directly as afull-timeSchedulerinvolved in an array of general construction projects across the New York City Metropolitan area.
  • Strong computer skills withMicrosoftOffice, Procore, andsimilar construction scheduling softwarerequired.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills
