Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time Scheduler with construction experience in the New York City, NY area.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the field of construction as a full-time Scheduler, with demonstrated projects related to a variety of general construction projects.

This is a full-time, hybrid position in New York, NY.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in developing logical sequencing of work, contract durations, and phasing.
• Ability to work closely with clients, laborers, and project managers to successfully schedule and coordinate all phases of the construction process.
• Ability and understanding to fully utilize the computer program Primavera/Expedition.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing claims, time extensions, and impacts on costs.
• Perform related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to construction; an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Certification in Procore is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience working directly as a full-time Scheduler involved in various general construction projects across the New York City Metropolitan area.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Procore, and similar construction scheduling software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
