Job summary

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required, and Sage MAS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and high-quality support.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Able to pull POs and ensure correct scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Pull builder schedules for assigned billing to schedule appointments.
• Verify PO accuracy prior to job scheduling; request corrections if needed.
• Provide high-quality customer service; field calls and maintain admin reporting.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
