Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates review comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations and content development.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Attends project meetings with emphasis on schedule matters.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning to align CPM with pull plans.
• Prepares various project reports.
• Adds resource loading and cost loading as needed.
• Provides scheduling support to operations, marketing and IPS.
• Considers market and regional factors affecting schedules.
• Participates in pursuit opportunities with BD and project team.
