Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Scheduler, AFG, to join our core scheduling team. The role collaborates with project teams to create and maintain accurate project schedules, ensuring alignment with baseline plans and pull planning outputs.

Candidate should have 0-2 years of scheduling experience and a foundational degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office is expected. Travel may be required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Requires 0-2 years scheduling experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proficient with MS Office and scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with project team
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to team
• Participates in all phases of scheduling process from proposal to baseline to updates
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning alignment with CPM schedules
• Assists with training content and delivery for scheduling
• Produces reports as required for projects
• Adds resource and cost loading to schedules as needed
