Job summary

Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions is seeking a Scheduler for an in-office role in the Construction/Building Products sector. The ideal candidate will pull builder schedules, verify POs, and handle customer calls with high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in construction or building products preferred.
• Must have high-quality customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage MAS experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull builder schedules for assigned billing to ensure accurately scheduled appointments.
• Pull purchase orders to ensure correct PO prior to job scheduling; request corrections if not correct.
• Field phone calls, maintain administrative reporting as needed, resolve builder issues with good resolution.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, REQUIRED.
