RINA is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our project office in Alexandria, VA, working on the Transforming Rail in Virginia (TRV) Program with CSX Transportation. The role focuses on reviewing contractor schedules, creating and updating CPM schedules in Primavera P6, and providing timely program reporting.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years in scheduling, with strong CPM analysis and PMIS experience.

The Construction Scheduler will join our team working with CSX Transportation on the Transforming Rail in Virginia (TRV) Program. This Program is making generational investments delivering on its vision to provide high-performance passenger and commuter rail service that connects our communities and increases economic growth.
The Virginia Passenger Rail Authority's (VPRA's) implementation of these projects will change how Virginians travel, removing traffic from roads and highways, and increasing commuting options in all corners of the state while improving performance and reliability. VPRA's partnerships, capital projects, and infrastructure enhancement programs will grow the Commonwealth's rail network by adding additional passenger and commuter services by doubling the state-supported Amtrak service between Washington, DC and Richmond.
The Scheduler will be primarily responsible for the review of contractor schedules and for creating, monitoring and updating as-built project schedules.
