Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Site Scheduler for a Fortune 100 Tech Company to manage the construction schedule of hyperscale data center projects in Waco, TX. You will collaborate with project managers, client leadership, finance, and procurement to set timelines and align expectations onsite.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and experience with industry scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Procore. Onsite work with travel planning as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management/coordination or scheduling experience.
• Experience managing schedules and budgets for large scale construction projects (industrial, data center preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and able to speak up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction schedules for hyperscale data center projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, client leadership, finance, and procurement to set and manage timelines.
• Liaise with General Contractors and subs onsite to align expectations and milestones.

Job Description:

Our customer (a Fortune 100 Tech Company) is seeking a Site Scheduler for data center construction. The Site Scheduler will work alongside the construction Project Managers, client leadership, finance & procurement teams to manage the construction schedule for a number of hyperscale data center construction projects. We are seeking an organized & proactive consultant who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The relationship with the General Contractor and subcontract vendors onsite will be vital as this resource will need to set timelines and manage expectations in a fast-moving environment. Experience utilizing industry standard scheduling tools (P6), Construction Management Tools (Autodesk Construction Cloud, eBuilder, Procore) and a technical understanding of how to read and analyze CAD/BIM drawings are strongly preferred.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ Years of Project Management/Coordination or Scheduling Experience
• Experience managing schedules & budgets for large scale construction projects (Industrial, Mission Critical or Data Center Experience preferred)
• Excellent Communication (written & verbal) – Someone who can speak up and contribute!
• Self starter & resourceful as they will have a steep learning curve if they don't have hyperscale construction experience
