Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Site Scheduler for data center construction, onsite in San Antonio or Waco. Collaborate with Project Managers, client leadership, finance and procurement to manage schedules for hyperscale data center projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 10+ years in PM/coordinator or scheduling, strong communication, and experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction platforms like Procore. CAD/BIM reading skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management/coordination or scheduling experience.
• Experience managing schedules and budgets for large-scale construction projects (data center experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication – ability to speak up and contribute.
• Self-starter and resourceful with a steep learning curve in hyperscale construction.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION - ONSITE in San Antonio or Waco - 12 month contract to start (indefinite end date) - $150,000-$200,000/year

Our customer (a Fortune 100 Tech Company) is seeking a Site Scheduler for data center construction. The Site Scheduler will work alongside the construction Project Managers, client leadership, finance & procurement teams to manage the construction schedule for a number of hyperscale data center construction projects. We are seeking an organized & proactive consultant who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The relationship with the General Contractor and subcontract vendors onsite will be vital as this resource will need to set timelines and manage expectations in a fast-moving environment. Experience utilizing industry standard scheduling tools (P6), Construction Management Tools (Autodesk Construction Cloud, eBuilder, Procore) and a technical understanding of how to read and analyze CAD/BIM drawings are strongly preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ Years of Project Management/Coordination or Scheduling Experience
• Experience managing schedules & budgets for large scale construction projects (Industrial, Mission Critical or Data Center Experience preferred)
• Excellent Communication (written & verbal) – Someone who can speak up and contribute!
• Self starter & resourceful as they will have a steep learning curve if they don't have hyperscale construction experience
• P6 experience

• 10 days PTO, 13 paid holidays
• Expense up to 15k for milage, housing, etc
