Job description

Location: Remote (within the United States)

Time Requirements: Full-time; 40 hours/week; must be available daily from 1:30pm - 5:30pm (CET) (i.e., 7:30am - 11:30am EST, 6:30am - 10:30am CST, etc.)

Period of Performance: 12 months, with anticipated work from June 2025 to June 2026, potentially extending for five option years.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE

Project Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Scheduler for projects supporting design and construction within the Europe District Area of Responsibility.

Position/Project Overview:

This role provides remote scheduling services to the Europe District Corps of Engineers, supporting various projects with necessary personnel, facilities, materials, and equipment.

*This role is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor development and updates of project schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and maintain schedule adherence.
  • Ensure accuracy of progress reports and financial forecasts.
  • Work with contractors and engineers to meet project timelines.
  • Review change orders and assess schedule impacts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Update project tracking systems to reflect actual progress and forecast trends.
  • Participate in project meetings and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Provide training on schedule management tools and techniques.
  • Document and archive project schedules, change orders, and relevant documentation.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, plus six years of construction scheduling experience.
  • PMI-SP certification required (or equivalent from another provider).
  • Experience with government projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in RMS, Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, SMART-PM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules and budgets.
  • Ability to analyze project reports and recommend adjustments.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
  • Valid driver’s license.
