Job description

Support schedule development updates and analysis across multiple project phases. Collaborate with program managers contractors and senior schedulers in a fast-paced high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update schedules using Primavera P6
• Support cost / resource loading and forecasting
• Review contractor schedules and updates
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios
• Assist with Time Impact Analyses and delay evaluations
• Maintain schedule standards and documentation
• Participate in progress meetings and QA reviews
• Coordinate with cost and document control teams

Requirements

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
• 5 7 years experience in vertical construction scheduling
• Proficient in Primavera P6 Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam
• Experience on projects $50M
• Strong CPM knowledge and sequencing skills
• Preferred
• Earned value and forensic schedule analysis
• Exposure to large-site utility / infrastructure coordination
• Experience in joint venture settings and mentoring junior staff
