Duties: Responsibilities of the position include: The scheduler will be reviewing and analyzing contractor baseline schedules, and monthly contractor update schedules, making recommendations to mitigate delays and completing project status reports on rail and transit projects. Responsibilities also include development of design schedules as well as development and maintenance of program level master schedules. Duties will also include attending schedule-related meetings with program/project management teams to discuss schedule issues. The scheduler will be available to attend all progress meetings for assigned projects. Other responsibilities may include: Cash Flow Forecasting, Integrated Master Schedule Development, Critical Path Management and Reporting, Resource & Cost Loaded Schedules and Progress Curve Development, Look Ahead Schedules, and Development of Monthly Status Reports.
