Join to apply for the Scheduler role at Walbridge.

Walbridge is seeking a highly motivated Scheduler to support the business goals and objectives of both Walbridge and our clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our construction and engineering teams to develop comprehensive project schedules. You will be responsible for creating and updating schedules at various milestones, as project deliverables are completed, and as scopes of work are added. Additionally, you will provide regular updates to key team members on the progress of project completion.

Location: You can be located anywhere in the US, if you are highly willing to travel to our client projects on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with project teams to provide detailed planning and scheduling from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
• Resource Management: Manage schedule logic, constraints, activity durations, and resource availability. Communicate schedule updates to management and clients.
• Risk Management: Evaluate effects of design changes and delays, and communicate updates.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with project team members and stakeholders, attend meetings, and present reports.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, report metrics, and adjust plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Make sequencing adjustments and ensure detailed planning.
• Innovation and Improvement: Seek process improvements through innovative methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related scheduling experience.
• Experience scheduling $50M+ projects in construction, electrical, manufacturing, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficient in schedule data management and reporting.
• Valid US driver’s license and passport; willingness to travel (~70%).

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and administrative skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, P6, Bluebeam.
