Job summary

CSEngineering is seeking a Construction Scheduler for a part-time, remote role to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) project. The Scheduler will review and maintain schedules, identify deficiencies, and provide data-driven status updates to the COR, including time-impact analyses when needed.

Candidate must have at least three years of scheduling experience and be proficient in Primavera or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and identifying schedule deficiencies.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, or similar software.
• Must submit three past projects of similar scale/difficulty.
• Must be a United States Citizen.

Responsibilities

CSEngineering is looking to add a Construction Scheduler to our growing team! This position will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), requiring construction management support at its major medical institution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides part-time, off-site scheduling support for the Construction project, reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, identifying deficiencies, and supporting the COR with schedule oversight and reporting.
• The Scheduler (CM-SCH) provides remote scheduling expertise for the project, including review of the GC's baseline schedule, monthly schedule updates, and identification of slippages and deficiencies.
• Responsibilities include analyzing short-interval schedules, assisting the COR with schedule-related decisions, contributing to pre-construction submittal reviews, and providing clear, data-driven schedule status updates.
• The Scheduler produces professional-grade schedule reports, supports issue resolution, performs time-impact analyses when required, and ensures schedules reflect accurate progress, delays, and required corrective actions.
